Glossary:
"Brief"refers to legal briefs, motions, complaints, and USCIS application cover letters. There are three types:
Simple Brief: Addresses one single issue (i.e. AOS applicant's possible inadmissibly due to misdemeanor theft)
Moderate Brief: Any brief addressing more than one issue or the following briefs: I-601, asylum, withholding, CAT, cancellation of removal
Complex Brief: Any brief addressing a novel issue or the following briefs: Appellate briefs for the BIA and circuit courts, EB-1A, NIW
 
"Memo" refers to legal research memoranda, client advisory letters, and personal injury demand packages. There are three types:
Simple Memo: Research memo or client letter that ddresses one single issue (i.e. AOS applicant's possible inadmissibly due to misdemeanor theft). Personal injury demand package with 1-2 medical providers and less than one year of treatment history.
Moderate Memo: Research memo or client letter that addresses more than one issue (i.e. asylum applicant’s eligibility for the “changed circumstances” and “extraordinary circumstances” exceptions to the one-year filing deadline). Personal injury demand package with 3-4 medical providers or 1-3 years of treatment history.
Complex Memo: Research memo or client letter that addresses a novel issue. Personal injury demand package with 5 or more medical providers and or more than 3 years of treatment history.

Drafting of a ready-to-file brief or memo
Organization of exhibits
Translation of 5 pages per month in any language
One round of revisions per brief or motion ( This does not apply to research memos.)
Flexible rollover: unused drafts can carry over for 1 month
