Our Process
01. File Upload
Under "Shop," add your desired service to your cart. After check-out you will be prompted to provide information about your client's case and upload supporting documentation. Connexa will take it from there.
02. Research & Drafting
A Connexa legal expert reviews all supporting documentation and information you provide on your client's case. The legal expert, then, conducts legal research on Westlaw and/or LexisNexis, drafts a persuasive brief, and organizes and appends exhibits. We'll reach out to you if there's any critical missing information or missing documents.
03. Submission
You will receive your brief/motion package electronically before your desired deadline. We'll flag noncritical missing documents and missing information in the submission.
04. Revision
One revision is included in our services. Review your brief/motion package and notify us of any changes you'd like made. The legal expert will re-submit your package with your requested changes.
