Days 3-5: Step Into the Real You

Updated: Nov 18, 2025

Welcome to Days 3–5 of the 21-Day Work-Life Harmony Challenge!

🧠 Step 1: Mindset Shift Continues

Yesterday you named your core values and set boundaries.

Over the next three days, we make them unshakable — front and center in your life with your very own Value Board.

💡 Tip for Today

Spend the next three days building your Value Board (not Vision Board) — a daily visual reminder of who you are: your core values, and the boundaries that protect them. (see below)

Put it somewhere you can see every day. 👀

See yourself, honor yourself, live as your authentic self.

🧩 The Power of What You Allow In

Mindset isn’t just what you think — it’s what you allow into your mind.

Every thought, every voice, every piece of energy you let near you shapes the story you live.

The story in your head becomes the life you show up for. If that story is filled with pressure, guilt, negative thoughts, or "I have to push through" it pulls you toward burnout. 🔥

But when you choose to reframe your thoughts with strength, truth, and compassion, your mind begins to move toward the life you actually want — not the life you’ve been conditioned to tolerate. 🌱✨

✍️ You have the power to rewrite the script that shapes your mindset — and you can do that today.

You probably know what a vision board is — a collection of images showing the goals. But a vision board doesn’t tell you who you are. It doesn’t capture the pillars of your identity, remind you of your values, or protect your boundaries.

To feed the authentic you and strengthen the woman you were created to be, create a "Value Board". 💛

A Value Board is a visual reminder of the pillars of who you are — your core values, your identity, and the boundaries that safeguard them. Create a Value Board to keep the pillars of your identity in front of you every day so you never lose yourself again.

📌 Here’s Your Action for Days 3–5:

1. 🖼️ Create Your Value Board

Include your core values and boundaries. Use words, images, or symbols to represent them.

Add affirmations that speak to each value and boundary. Repeat them every day and each time you encounter a situation that conflicts with your values.

✨ Examples of Affirmations:

• “I honor my family time and protect it fiercely.”• “My health is a priority; I care for myself without guilt.”• “I am enough, and saying ‘no’ is a gift to myself and others.”• “I choose positivity in thought, word, and action.”• “I trust my mission and guard it with my boundaries.”

Sources for affirmations: songs, books, religious texts, quotes from inspiring women, or your own personal sayings. 🎶📚

2. 🔄 Train Your Mind to Reframe Negativity Into Positivity

Each time a negative thought or statement arises, rephrase it to align with your values.

Examples:

“I shouldn’t say no, it’s selfish,” → “Saying no protects my energy and helps me show up fully.”

“I can’t take this time for myself,” → “Taking time for myself strengthens everything I do.”

“I have to do everything perfectly,” → “I do my best and honor my boundaries.”

Spend Days 3–5 working on your Value Board. Reflect deeply on who you are, your core values, and the boundaries that protect them.

Turn these reflections into visuals and affirmations. Put your Value Board somewhere visible every day — or somewhere private if that feels best for you. Let it remind you to honor yourself in every moment. ✨

I look forward to reconnecting on Monday.

With love and encouragement,

Claire
