🌟 Days 15-16: Feed the Parts of You That Deserve More:



Step 3 Begins Today: Reserve Space for All of You.


Law Sister,


You’ve moved mountains these past two weeks.


🌿 Step 1: You reclaimed your identity and values.


🕊 Step 2: You freed time through boundaries, “no” language, and delegation.


Now we begin Step 3.


✨ Step 3: Reserve Space for All of You


This is where the time you’ve reclaimed becomes the life you actually want to live.


Step 3 isn’t about values — you’ve already done that beautifully.


This step is about the lived expression of your values: giving space to the parts of you that make you whole, calm, connected, energized, and human.


🌟 DAY 15 — Identify Your Harmony Categories


These are the areas of your life that need intentional space — not someday, but now.


Examples include:


Mind: clarity, thinking time, journaling, reflection

Body: rest, movement, nourishment, sleep

Connection: your kids, partner, friendships, community, faith

Joy: hobbies, reading, creativity, fun

Peace: quiet, nature, stillness, spiritual grounding

Professional Vision: deep-focus work, business planning, career dreams

Recovery: downtime, breath, emotional reset


You’re not picking values.


You’re identifying the daily and weekly expressions of the woman you want to be.


✨ Your Only Steps Today - Thanksgiving:


1️⃣ Choose Your 3–5 Harmony Categories:


These should be the parts of your life that feel underfed — the areas that, if nurtured, would immediately bring more balance and steadiness.


2️⃣ Define what each category looks like in real life

Keep it simple, small, and doable.


Examples:


Peace: 10 quiet minutes in the morning

Joy: reading a chapter, coloring, music

Connection: unrushed time with my kids after work

Body: a walk, stretching, better sleep routine

Mind: weekly planning or reflection

Vision: 20 minutes of deep work on my goals


3️⃣ Write your list somewhere visible:


Your Harmony Categories become the foundation for the next 7 days.


Tomorrow, you’ll begin reserving time for each one — using the space you’ve reclaimed in Step 2.


🌿Why This Matters:


Step 3 is where work-life harmony becomes your rhythm, not your hope.

 

You’ve done the inner work.

You’ve cleared the time.

Now you’ll learn to fill that time with the parts of you that help you feel:

 

✨ grounded✨ fulfilled✨ energized✨ connected✨ and whole

 

This is the heart of the challenge.
