Day 6: Change the Way You Make Decisions

Welcome to Day 6 of the 21-Day Work-Life Harmony Challenge!

🌟 Day 6 – Activating Your Value Board

Today we’re continuing Step 1: The Mindset Shift — and bringing your Value Board to life.

💛 Your Value Board Is Your Identity in Visual Form

Your Value Board is a visual reminder of:

• Your core values

• Your identity

• The boundaries that safeguard who you are

• The woman you refuse to sacrifice again

And today, we’re going to turn this board into a daily source of strength, clarity, and alignment.

Here’s how to activate your Value Board today:

1️⃣ Read It Out Loud — Name Who You Are

Look at your board. Speak each value and boundary out loud to reaffirm who you are.

Identity grows stronger when it’s spoken. Do this at the start of each day.

2️⃣ Share One Value + One Boundary With Someone You Trust

(i.e. “One of my core values is ____. Today I’m protecting it with this boundary: ____.”)

When someone witnesses them, they become harder to abandon.

3️⃣ Use Your Value Board as a Decision Filter

Before you agree. Before you volunteer.

Before you say yes. Pause.

Look at your board.

Ask:

“Does this align with who I am?”

If yes → move forward.

If no → protect your boundary.

Your Value Board prevents you from slipping back into self-sacrifice.

Affirmations:

🔥 Speak these over your Value Board:

• “My values are sacred, and I honor them daily.”

• “My boundaries protect my peace and my purpose.”

• “I choose alignment in every decision today.”

• “I refuse to sacrifice myself again.”

• “I show up as my whole, authentic self.”

Your Day 6 Call to Action:

Today, I invite you to:

Read your Value Board out loud.

Share one value and one boundary with someone you trust.

Filter every decision through your values.

Your values are your identity.

Keep them in front of you so you never sacrifice yourself again.

I’m so proud of your commitment.

Step 1 is transforming you from the inside out — and it shows.

With strength and sisterhood,

Claire
