This is where your values start shaping your calendar, your commitments, and your daily choices.

Most women in the legal field have calendars shaped by:
• everyone else’s emergencies
• everyone else’s timelines
• the firm’s invisible expectations
• guilt
• habit
• fear of disappointing someone
Today, we’re rewriting that story.
Because work-life harmony requires a new way of choosing your time.
Your time must reflect your values — not your fears.
💛 Here's how to shift into Value-Based Scheduling:
1️⃣ Block Recurrent Time for ONE Value This Week
If your value is family → block a sacred evening or a “Hard Stop: 6:00 PM — Family Time”.
If it’s health → schedule a walk or workout.
If it’s peace → block a no-meeting hour or a “Morning Reset — No Meetings Before 9:30 AM”.
When your calendar reflects your values, you experience:
